- ELIGIBILITY: The "pcGAMESTORE Ultimate Gaming Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes"), brought to you by pcGAMESTORE. (the "Sponsor"), will be governed by
these "Official Rules". This Sweepstakes is applicable and open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada, excluding Quebec who are thirteen (13)
years of age or older. Sponsors reserve the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner it deems appropriate. Employees and directors of the Sponsor, its parent,
subsidiary, and affiliated companies, licensees, advertising, promotion or production agencies and provider companies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and
individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal,
state and local laws and regulations. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on September 12, 2009 and concludes 11:59:59 p.m. EST on October 12, 2009. (the
"Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
- TO ENTER: Visit http://www.pcgamestore.com (the "Site") during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner or text link(s)
to access the Sweepstakes registration page. Follow the online instructions by providing your name, e-mail address, and all required info and you will be automatically entered into the
Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. Participant may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may participant use any other device to obtain more than the stated
number of Sweepstakes entries. Any participant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities or uses any device to obtain more than the stated
number of entries will be disqualified. Any personal information supplied by you to in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. All entries
must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer during the Sweepstakes Period.
- DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about October 13, 2009 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are
final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email on or about October 15, 2009. 1st-prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of
eligibility, liability release and W-9 tax form within 7 days of winning the prize or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted
except by Sponsor who may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

from pcGAMESTORE, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1100 US. Third Prize (1): Choice of 5 downloadable games from pcGAMESTORE, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 US, Total
ARV of all prizes $6399 US. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person/household. Taxes, if any are solely the responsibility of the winner.
- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) they agree to and will comply with these Official Rules and the Site's Site Terms (and Legal Notice) (the "Site Terms") and
Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") (to view the Site's Site Terms and Privacy Policy, click on the links on the footer of the Site's web pages), (b) Sponsor, and its respective
parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability
whatsoever for, are released and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property
resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related
activities, and (c) except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority
the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image and biographical information and statements for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes
without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. If a
selected Winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim a prize; prize or notification is returned as undeliverable; prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner
will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries received.
Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP),
website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure
or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of
any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information. Persons
who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods
will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole
opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration,
security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the winner from
entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by
site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this website. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of
the e-mail account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account
subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses.
